About

About me

I’ve spent my life learning how people think — now I’m learning how systems do.

I build discipline, clarity, and curiosity into everything I do.

My work didn’t begin with technology. It began in sales, where I spent years observing how people make decisions under pressure. That environment taught me patience, structure, and the uncomfortable truth that growth comes from consistency, not bursts of motivation. Understanding people came first. Systems came later.

Over time that curiosity expanded into technology and artificial intelligence. Today I’m focused on learning and building through Botgorithm — experimenting with workflows, automation, and intelligent tools while documenting the process openly. Travel, philosophy, and continuous learning keep my thinking grounded. I’m less interested in appearing finished and more committed to becoming better.

How I Work

I don’t think in terms of fixed skills. I think in terms of capabilities that compound over time. My work is shaped by discipline, systems thinking, and a constant feedback loop of learning. I care less about tools and more about how thinking improves execution.

• Becoming

AI Learner & Builder (Botgorithm)

Focused on learning and building with artificial intelligence. Exploring workflows, automation, and intelligent systems with the goal of simplifying work and improving decision-making. Documenting the process publicly while developing long-term capability rather than chasing trends.

2013 — 2019

• Building

Sales Leader & Coach

Led teams, built processes, and coached individuals in communication, discipline, and performance. These years shaped my understanding of human behavior under pressure and taught me that consistency outperforms motivation in the long run.

• Learning

Sales Executive (Foundational Years)

Built fundamentals in selling, negotiation, and resilience. This period formed the work ethic and patience that still anchor how I approach learning and growth today.
